I have a file that I need to import that is more than 65536 rows. I saw the message about re-importing the data to another sheet a second time and select exclude data already imported. How and where do I do this?

or is there a way to import and have the file be over 100000 rows?

I am working with excel 2007 - thanks

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
In Excel 2007 you have over a million rows.

Make sure the file format is .xlsx or .xlsm

Is there another way other than VBA?

when I open my excel it defaults to 65536 rows. Is there a way I can change that?

Click the Office Button (top left), click Excel Options. Change the default file format to .xlsx or .xlsm. Click OK. Close Excel then restart it.
