Import Excel data to existing table

I am trying to setup a form with a button to open the file dialog box, locate the Excel file, import to existing table to append the data.

I have read through several post and have found some excellent code to get the File Open dialog and it lets me "save" the file. Save to where I have no idea. But I am dazed, confused and lost about how to make this work.

I have gotten a little bit further - now I can get the open file dialog and select my file. But nothing is happening to append the data into my table. Here is another post with my database attached.
