Hello,

I'm trying to import a query from Access into Excel (linked). I've performed this operation with other queries in my database, but I'm having trouble with one. Every time I import it, only the header rows display, no data. Any idea on what the problem is?

Thanks,
Jay

Hi Jay and welcome to MrExcel!

I presume you have checked the query within Access is actually returning data? And you are linking to that same query, and haven't made a typo on the name?

Also try deleting the link to the query and re-create it, see if that makes any difference. Lastly, check you haven't inadvertently set some criteria in your query in Excel.
