Importing Excel/CSV files into MS Outlook

Excel gurus can anyone tell me how to import excel files or even converted csv files onto MS Outlook?

I'm close to logging out, but for whoever gets to help you - what do you mean by "import"?

Are you wanting to paste a sheet into the text body of an outgoing message, or attach the workbook, or ???

Actually importing means a CSV file to calendar how can I import them into calendar by headers?
