Importing Massive CVS File - (Split)

I have tried using a lot of the macros I found via search and nothing seems to be working. Also tried using the wizard, but when I select row 1,048,577 it only gives me two lines of data.

Essentially I just want to import a file, and any line over 1,048,576 to be pasted on a new sheet.

Which version of Excel are you using IF 2010 or after you can use PowerPivot (Add In in 2010 to download first) this will handle 2 Billion rows of data easily.
