Importing Palette To Newly Created Workbook

Hi!

Please can you tell me how I can import the palette from my personal workbook to any new workbook I create.

I currently import the customised palette from the tools menu, but I would like some code to do this automatically and easily.

I would also like to change the veritical cell alignment formatting from XLBottom to XLCentered, again to save time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
