Inconsistent data refresh with multiple clients

In a proof of concept test, we came across several inconsistencies in data refresh of PowerPivot.
We were testing our infrastructure (network and servers) to measure potential bottlenecks by having 5+ PowerPivot data refresh at the same time.

If I run the query alone, it returns ~21M rows.

However, in a scenario with 5 users executing data refresh at the same time, they have reported that the PowerPivot data refresh said it finished with success but only retrieved arround 17M in some cases 18M in others.
In another scenario of ~9M rows, some users reported ~6M records only.

Anyone having the same problems?

Client: Windows 7 64bit, Excel 2010 64bit, 6GB RAM, PowerPivot v1
Server: SQL Server 2008 R2 Analysis Server, 36GB RAM
