Hi,

I have added grand total to my pivot table but for some reason it is showing the wrong total.
It is wrong by one digit and don't understand why.

Here is an image of it - it should be 131.

Does anyone have a solution to this or has seen it before?

Thanks

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Hi,

Having to go by a picture is not easy in this case. So allow me to ask some questions:
- I noticed you're on 365, so might this be a distinct count you are using?
- Is this a standard excel pivot or a power pivot on the data model?
- If PowerPivot, is "Ticket Number" an implicit (using the "count" like in an ordinary pivot ) or explicit measure (a DAX formula written inside the data model) ?
