I have multi select listbox populated with 9 columns. what i am trying to do is, when user select multiple rows under listbox and click command button change, it should increment listbox column 4 text value from AAB to ABB upto AZB. once it reached to AZA it should give error message with no further alphabet remain.

i was trying to search on web and this forum but i am only able to get bellow formula that work with excel and only two character.

=IF(RIGHT($A8,1)="Z", CHAR(CODE(LEFT(A8,1))+1),LEFT(A8,1))&CHAR(65+MOD(CODE(RIGHT(A8,1))+1-65,26))

can some one help me to get similar for 3 or 4 character that work with listbox selected items by click of of button?
thanks
