Good evening,

How do I get the formula below to increment down a column
=HYPERLINK("#Sheet1!D1","Section1")

When I pull down I would like
=HYPERLINK("#Sheet1!D2","Section1")
=HYPERLINK("#Sheet1!D3","Section1")
=HYPERLINK("#Sheet1!D4","Section1")
and so on.

Thanks in advance!

Excel Facts

Convert text numbers to real numbers
Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
I think you want the first formula to be this (no quotes on first argument, apostrophes around its sheet name)...

=HYPERLINK('#Sheet1'!D1,"Section1")

Hi Rick,
Thanks for answering my post. Your formula try's to open up a file. What I am looking for is to be able to hyperlink each cell in a column. So for instance I would like column M to hyperlink back to column D. So M1 would hyperlink back to D1, M2 hyperlink back to D2, M3 hyperlink back to D3 and so on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try this:
=HYPERLINK("#Sheet1!D"&ROWS($A$1:$A1),"Section1")
