is it possible to use this layout (they are tables, I couldn't get it to paste that way) and have excel look at all the tables and return the header and amount under the header of that table only if it is greater than zero? The tables are on one tab and the results/totals are on a different tab.

I was able to bring back the correct results on the first table. I can't get it to go past that.

Excel Facts

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
Hello Monica at Plastics and welcome to the forum! I think what you are asking is possible, if I understand it correctly. We probably need a little bit more information before we can make suggestions. Should the UPGRADE TO CLEAR ALDER = $31.25? What cell is that and where do you want that to show up? Hope this helps get things started.

You are correct about the upgrades. the amounts are all in that row (26) on my spreadsheet. I need it to list the choices out on a different tab it looks like this but I only want it to list out IF that "total" cell for that table is greater than Zero.

Hi Monica at Plastics - You might consider a formula like ->
=if(A1>0,A1,"")

If you place this formula in Cell B1, it will look in Cell A1 and place the value in B1 only if A1 > 0.
