Index and Match

Hello,
I've been off work for a while, and now I need to use index and match and can't remeber how .
I have 3 worksheets one of raw data, 1 of stock at one value, and the other showing stock at another value.
I am wanting to pull the information from the raw data sheet and lookup at the other worksheet to see if the products are in there.

I always remember it like this.

=index(THEANSWER,match(what your looking for,were the match is in the other table,0)

The 0 points towards an EXACT match see below if that helps?
