Index formula not working

Hi folks,

I tried to upload the sheet but I'm unable to install XL2BB add-on. I've attached screenshots to try and capture everything.

So my issue:

I'm trying to use an Index formula to pull through data from one sheet to another if the corresponding key on both sheets match (tab names: Amended & Acc). I know one key is on both, however it's still not pulling through the data

This is the 'Amended' tab. The cell whereby I know the data is also on the Acc tab I have highlighted in red -

Using the key from V8 on the Amended tab, it should populate the relevant data into cell Y8. This is the formula that I've used -

=IFERROR(INDEX(Acc!$A:$A,MATCH(Amended!$V8,Acc!$D:$D,)),"")

On the 'Acc' tab, where it is pulling data from - you can see in D26 that the key/number matches that of V8 on the Amended tab -

However, it's not pulling it thru

The data in cell D on the Acc tab is made up of a formula (see below), if that's relevant. I've tried doing it just as text, however to no avail -

Has anyone any idea where I'm going wrong?
