Index function question

How do I change this formula if the data I need to access is in Sheet2, same column and rows number.Thank you very much for any help.

=(INDEX($B$5:$H$211,MATCH(CM12,$A$5:$A$211),MATCH($CQ$7,$B$3:$H$3,0))-INDEX($B$5:$H$211,MATCH(CM12,$A$5:$A$211)+1,MATCH($CQ$7,$B$3:$H$3,0)))/(INDEX($A$5:$A$211,MATCH(CM12,$A$5:$A$211))-INDEX($A$5:$A$211,MATCH(CM12,$A$5:$A$211)+1))*(CM12-INDEX($A$5:$A$211,MATCH(CM12,$A$5:$A$211)))+INDEX($B$5:$H$211,MATCH(CM12,$A$5:$A$211),MATCH($CQ$7,$B$3:$H$3,0))

Hi Confuse , Welcome To The Board,

Pressuming that the date you will be changing is
located in sheet two , lets say cell A1.

Why not enter =Sheet2!A1 into cell A1 on sheet one ?
