Hi. I am trying to write an array formula that returns multiple values based in simple criteria of ">=". My array formula mostly works but I want it to return the values in order smallest to largest and I'm having a hard time figuring out what I'm doing wrong. I used this identical formula to pull data based on date and it worked perfectly but it's not working with numbers. Here is the formula. Anyone have any ideas? I've checked the source data formatting and it is in fact formatted as a number and has been refreshed. Thank you.

{=IFERROR(INDEX($G$2:$G$2000,SMALL(IF($H$2:$H$2000>=$M$1,IF($H$2:$H$2000>=$M$1,ROW($G$2:G$2000)-ROW($G$2)+1)),ROWS(A$2:A2))),"")}

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
