INDEX Help

I am using the following :

=INDEX('TU Plan'!$A$4:$Q$405,MATCH($B8,'TU Plan'!$A$4:$A$405,0),MATCH('TU Plan'!$U$7,'TU Plan'!$A$4:$Q$4,0))

I am trying to get it to return zero if the value in B8 cannot be found but cant seem to get it to work.

=IF(ISNA(MATCH($B8,'TU Plan'!$A$4:$A$405,0)),0,INDEX('TU Plan'!$A$4:$Q$405,MATCH($B8,'TU Plan'!$A$4:$A$405,0),MATCH('TU Plan'!$U$7,'TU Plan'!$A$4:$Q$4,0)))
