Index/lookup combination

I have the following problem which I'm hoping someone can help me solve. I have a list of names in one sheet and for each name I need to look it up in a tabel (differen sheet) and from that point move down 20 rows and go 5 colums to the right. I have tried using =index(hlookup(..),20,5) but cant get it to work. Thank you very much for your help

Assuming your lookup_range is A2:A10...
=OFFSET(INDEX(A2:A10,MATCH("Lookup_Value",A2:A10,0)),20,5)
