Index match formula for multiple criteria.

Hello Experts,
Kindly help me,

A6:A29 time range
C35= max of c6:c29
H35= max of h6:h29
H31= max of g6:g29
Currently B35 showing correct result according to formula.

Now how to add third condition to consider H31=max of g6:g29 in the same scenario.

Kindly refer image and according to value's filled in sheet, want result in Cell B35 & G35 is 23:00 hrs i.e. match with G31.

Thanks.
