index match formula ?

Hi
I usually use this formula on vertical matches but I need something similar to
work with horizontal match then check col 2
I need something like this
=INDEX('2SCHUL'!$BV4:$CH4,MATCH($J11,'2SCHUL'!$BV4:$CH4,0),2)

Or another idea would be. How can I copy
and paste the results form Horizontal to Vertical and have the results
change as the other cells change.
Dont really want to do it manually (too big)
Any Ideas I can play with Thanks Johny

Try this formula, it might give you some ideas:

Type data in B1:H1
Put this formula in A2 and scroll down

=OFFSET(A1,-(ROW()-2),ROW()-1)
