Hi! My name is Christian. I'm using Excel 2010 and I've got a question about various range vlookup that I've been stuck on for a few hours - I would really appreciate any help you can provide.

I've included a picture so you can see what I'm working on.

Basically I'd like the following:

  1. Column "J" to update the last Status from column "I" it means that it searches the latest remark date (column G) that matches with the corresponding series of project - package - Bidder and gives me back the last daily status for this combination ( i dont know if i have to concatenate cells Project&Package&Bidder)
  2. for Column "K" it is the same situation but update the last "Final bid closing date" (Column F) for the corresponding series of project - package - Bidder)

the issue is that same bidders can be in other packages or projects and i dont know is there is any formula or way in excel to do this and i need thi input to create a pivot table later on

i will really appreciate your help on this matter
