index match match - help!

Hello all

having some trouble with this formula.
=INDEX($D$4:$K$16,MATCH(E20,$D$4:$K$4,0),C20,1),INDEX($D$5:$K$16,C20,1))

-D4:K4 equals positions (i.e. Sales 1, Sales 2, Manager etc)
-$D$5:$K$16 = data points
-C20 = 1
-E20 = Position

basically, i want to look by position, and then show the respective data.
