index match nested if

Good morning, I am asking someone to try and explain the following index-match formula:

=IFNA(IF(DV$3="Varies by Store",(INDEX($Z51:$CD51,MATCH(DV$4,$Z$5:$CD$5,0)))*(INDEX($A51:$R51,MATCH(DV$2,$A$5:$R$5,0))),(IF(DV$3="50% Coverage",ROUNDUP(((INDEX($Z51:$CD51,MATCH(DV$4,$Z$5:$CD$5,0)))*(INDEX($A51:$R51,MATCH(DV$2,$A$5:$R$5,0)))*0.5),0),(DV$3*((INDEX($A51:$R51,MATCH(DV$2,$A$5:$R$5,0)))))))),"").


I cant upload the file but if you can elaborate as to the nested if "=IFNA(IF" and the * between )*( and the 2nd and 3rd IF.

IFNA returns (blank) if the nested if fails. The index match is a two dimension match. Looks like DV$3 can be three options (hence two IF statements) 'varies by store', '50% coverage', or a number that multiplies the result of the two dimension match.
