I have looked at various index formula's in the forum but can not get one to suite my needs, can someone please help with this.

<table style="width: 201pt; border-collapse: collapse;" border="0" cellSpacing="0" cellPadding="0" width="268"> <colgroup><col style="width: 129pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 4002;" width="172"> <col style="width: 72pt;" width="96"> <tbody><tr style="height: 18pt;" height="24"> <td style="border: 0.5pt solid windowtext; width: 129pt; height: 18pt; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65" height="24" width="172">db1085gt</td> <td style="border-width: 0.5pt 0.5pt 0.5pt 0px; border-style: solid solid solid none; border-color: windowtext windowtext windowtext black; width: 72pt; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65" width="96">2j1</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 18pt;" height="24"> <td style="border-width: 0px 0.5pt 0.5pt; border-style: none solid solid; border-color: black windowtext windowtext; height: 18pt; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65" height="24">db1108-4w</td> <td style="border-width: 0px 0.5pt 0.5pt 0px; border-style: none solid solid none; border-color: black windowtext windowtext black; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65">2l1</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 18pt;" height="24"> <td style="border-width: 0px 0.5pt 0.5pt; border-style: none solid solid; border-color: black windowtext windowtext; height: 18pt; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65" height="24">db1085gt</td> <td style="border-width: 0px 0.5pt 0.5pt 0px; border-style: none solid solid none; border-color: black windowtext windowtext black; background-color: transparent;" id="td_post_2083743" class="xl65">2k1</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 18pt;" height="24"> <td style="border-width: 0px 0.5pt 0.5pt; border-style: none solid solid; border-color: black windowtext windowtext; height: 18pt; background-color: transparent;" id="td_post_2083743" class="xl65" height="24">db1108-4w</td> <td style="border-width: 0px 0.5pt 0.5pt 0px; border-style: none solid solid none; border-color: black windowtext windowtext black; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65">1a2</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 18pt;" height="24"> <td style="border-width: 0px 0.5pt 0.5pt; border-style: none solid solid; border-color: black windowtext windowtext; height: 18pt; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65" height="24">db1085gt</td> <td style="border-width: 0px 0.5pt 0.5pt 0px; border-style: none solid solid none; border-color: black windowtext windowtext black; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65">1c1</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 18pt;" height="24"> <td style="border-width: 0px 0.5pt 0.5pt; border-style: none solid solid; border-color: black windowtext windowtext; height: 18pt; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65" height="24">db1085gt</td> <td style="border-width: 0px 0.5pt 0.5pt 0px; border-style: none solid solid none; border-color: black windowtext windowtext black; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65">1d2</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 18pt;" height="24"> <td style="border-width: 0px 0.5pt 0.5pt; border-style: none solid solid; border-color: black windowtext windowtext; height: 18pt; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65" height="24">db1085gt</td> <td style="border-width: 0px 0.5pt 0.5pt 0px; border-style: none solid solid none; border-color: black windowtext windowtext black; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65">1h1</td> </tr></tbody></table>

would end up as the following, note: there are over 20,000 lines of data in columns A and B, this is only an example.

<table style="width: 417pt; border-collapse: collapse;" border="0" cellSpacing="0" cellPadding="0" width="556"> <colgroup><col style="width: 129pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 4002;" width="172"> <col style="width: 72pt;" span="4" width="96"> <tbody><tr style="height: 18pt;" height="24"> <td style="border: 0.5pt solid windowtext; width: 129pt; height: 18pt; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65" height="24" width="172">db1085gt</td> <td style="border-width: 0.5pt 0.5pt 0.5pt 0px; border-style: solid solid solid none; border-color: windowtext windowtext windowtext black; width: 72pt; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65" width="96">2j1</td> <td style="border-width: 0.5pt 0.5pt 0.5pt 0px; border-style: solid solid solid none; border-color: windowtext windowtext windowtext black; width: 72pt; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65" width="96">1c1</td> <td style="border-width: 0.5pt 0.5pt 0.5pt 0px; border-style: solid solid solid none; border-color: windowtext windowtext windowtext black; width: 72pt; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65" width="96">1d2</td> <td style="border-width: 0.5pt 0.5pt 0.5pt 0px; border-style: solid solid solid none; border-color: windowtext windowtext windowtext black; width: 72pt; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65" width="96">1h1</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 18pt;" height="24"> <td style="border-width: 0px 0.5pt 0.5pt; border-style: none solid solid; border-color: black windowtext windowtext; height: 18pt; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65" height="24">db1108-4w</td> <td style="border-width: 0px 0.5pt 0.5pt 0px; border-style: none solid solid none; border-color: black windowtext windowtext black; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65">2l1</td> <td style="border-width: 0px 0.5pt 0.5pt 0px; border-style: none solid solid none; border-color: black windowtext windowtext black; background-color: transparent;" class="xl65">1a2</td> <td style="border-width: 0px 0.5pt 0.5pt 0px; border-style: none solid solid none; border-color: black windowtext windowtext black; background-color: transparent;" class="xl66"> </td> <td style="border-width: 0px 0.5pt 0.5pt 0px; border-style: none solid solid none; border-color: black windowtext windowtext black; background-color: transparent;" class="xl66"> </td> </tr></tbody></table><table style="width: 201pt; border-collapse: collapse;" border="0" cellSpacing="0" cellPadding="0" width="268"> <colgroup><col style="width: 129pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 4002;" width="172"> <col style="width: 72pt;" width="96"> <tbody><tr style="height: 18pt;" height="24"> <td style="border: 0px black; width: 129pt; height: 18pt; background-color: transparent;" height="24" width="172">

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Sorry, I missed that value, it would actually go in the cell next to 2J1 where the 1c1 value is and then of course 1c1 would shuffle along to the next cell etc...
