I want the balance Order sheet to be claculated automatically

the list should be sorted automatically and should not show the items that have been despatched

I have a long list of datain the received sheet abt 1000 records

I need the sheet Balnce to be claculated automatically

I have already said that My daya is in separate two sheets and I want to calculate the balance of orders in the separrate sheet

I think that Fairwinds just put all the data on one sheet for convenience. Start with that, then move the despatches and balances to separate sheets and see what happens.

Yes, just alter the references in the formulas, one by one, to where your data actually is. Best way to learn is to try and do it yourself.
