Index/Match to return date with reference to last value in a row.

Trying to find a solution for a spreadsheet I am working on. Looking to grab the last delivery date.
Any solutions or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

I have been playing with Index/Match and lookup but can not get the right formula to solve this.

Data example: With Date going across row A. There are thousands of lines of data.
Looking to check each row to see when the last delivery date by week occurred and return that date in column A:
