Indirect Function

Hello ,

I would like to know how to fill the data based on drop down input .

For example I have named range as below

Apple
oranges
Grapes
banana

Name range of above data is "Fruits "

Water
Thumbs up
Tea
Coffee

Name range of above data is "Beverages"

Here is the deal , When I select "Fruits" from drop down then cells below the drop down should fills with above data (5 cells below that )
When I select "beverages" from drop down then cells below the drop down should fills with above data (4 cells below that )

Do you have any formula or code that we can do , I have tried few ways with indirect function but no luck .
