insert 3 balnk rows when cell color changes-then remove

looking for macro
that will allow me to auto input multiple blank rows (3 for reference) when a cell color changes- then a macro to undo this

i have one that allows me to sort based on color- would now like to quickly place blak rows when color changes- then be able to quickly remove when done viewing
