Insert a Page Break

I am using Microsoft Office Professional 2013, Version 15.0.5031.1000. I was able to insert horizontal page breaks in the past, however; I cant figure out how to do it again. This feature does not seem to work anymore and I have tried everything without success. What am I missing?
Please post instructions for inserting a page break. Thank you!
