how to insert and delete or (hide or unhide) a picture according to the change in a particular cell value (say A1 =0, hide A2 =1 Unhide)

something like sheets("Sheet 4").shapes(1).visible = range("A1") <> 0
However, you need to know the pic (shape) index or name values. For that you can loop over the shapes collection for a sheet.
Also, using 2 cells to determine visibility of the same pic means it's possible for both conditions to be true or false at the same time. If both checks are made, the one that comes last will prevail.
