Insert Blank Row using VBA

I have a column that will have the same exact name for several rows and then change, I would like to add a blank row after the repeated names stop.
Also once that blank row is created, I would like to add a formula that would sum the numbers in column G in the cell below "46.0"/// and sum the number in column H
The formula would need to use the blank rows created to know where the last cell to sum up is for each series
