# Insert Comment

Hi Folks, Having a problem using a large S/S with hundreds of Comment Boxes(with the small red triangle top left of a cell).
These Comment Boxes seem to have a mind of their own - occasionally they magically resize themselves.
I have to set these comment boxes at 25cm x 21cm to suit our needs.

Would anyone have a way of me setting 25cm x 21cm as a default box size.
Thanks

### Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.

That's a prodigious comment :wink:. You didn't say which is width/height so you may have to switch the values in red below.
Rich (BB code):
``````Sub SizeComments()
Dim oCom As Comment
With oCom
.Shape.Width = Application.CentimetersToPoints(25)
.Shape.Height = Application.CentimetersToPoints(21)
End With
Next oCom
End Sub``````
Then, just swap the numbers in red.
