Insert Controls menu options is grayed out-office365

Most of the option in Excel workbook is grayed out.
Under Insert Tab> all the groups like; Tables, Illustrations, Add-Ins, Charts, Tours are grayed out.
Does anyone know the solution?
I am using office365 on Windows10

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
