Hello. I have the code below that will insert a blank row under every row in a selection. How can I alter this to behave the same way with a copied row instead of blank? I have a single row that needs to be between hundreds of other rows and manually copying and inserting is taking forever. Helper column helps but is still taking too much time.

Sub Insert()

Dim rng As Range
Dim CountRow As Integer
Dim i As Integer
Set rng = Selection
CountRow = rng.EntireRow.Count

For i = 1 To CountRow
ActiveCell.Offset(1, 0).EntireRow.Insert
ActiveCell.Offset(2, 0).Select
Next i

End Sub

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
