Insert data (from another worksheet) just before FOOTER (last row of the page)

Hello,

I would like a code that it will insert data (from another worksheet) that the data are 12 rows, just before FOOTER (last row of the page) and only at the last page. Explaining, worksheet consists of 140 rows I need to insert that data above the footer of the last page that is going to be printed. I dont care if the data will go to the next page if dont fit. I hope you understand. How can I do this?
