Insert Data From One Sheet to Another with Macro

Hi All,

How will I insert Data from One sheet to another. Please find attached sample file. What I want is that there will two button: one is "Submit" and other is "Reset". Submit button will be in "Leave Application Form" sheet and the "Reset" button will be in "Update" sheet

Here you will get two sheets. One is Leave Application Form and the other is "update". what ever data i will put in the "Leave Application Form" and will press the "Insert" button it will update the same column in "update" sheet. if i get any duplicate entries I have no problem.

What will the code for that? Please help!!
