Insert Date when File is last modified into Cell

Does anyone know how to insert the date when the file is last modified into a Cell without the use of VBA?

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
Does anyone know how to insert the date when the file is last modified into a Cell without the use of VBA?
I don't believe that it is possible to do that.
