Insert Entire Row, but limit columns A:M

I want to insert an entire row with my macro but with a limited range columns A:M

Here is what I have now:

Range("A4").Select
Selection.EntireRow.Insert

Range("A4").Resize(, 13).Insert shift:=xlShiftDown
