Insert Line Break after Specific Word

Hello All , I have a range from H1 to AJ161 , have a text in each cell "Comments" , I am trying to add line break after word "Comments" in all cells between range , I am doing it manually by hitting Alt+Enter after comments

If their is a vba code for a formula i can work with ??

Contrl+H
Top box : Comments
Bottom box : Comments
and press Ctrl +J and Enter.
Maybe you need to change format of all cells for wrapping.
