Insert lines

Hi all,

I have a list of rows some with formulas others without.

If more rows are required I need some code to go down to the last row with information and insert new rows. Other rows link to these rows so I need corresponding insertions down below as well.

ie. row linked row
5 25
6 26

so if I add row 7, how do I ensure that row 12 is linked to it.

essentially its just adding a row, copying and inserting a row , but doing the same thing 20 rows down.
