Insert mutipule rows and copy contents down

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet with a minimum of 259 rows.

I would like to start from row 6, copy that row and all it contents, and insert it 6 times.

I would end up with a total of 7 rows with the same data.

Then go to the next row and insert 6 rows again, after each row all the way down till the last row with data.

Column A has data in each row from row 6.

I start with row 6, 7, 8 9 etc
after inserting the 6 rows, row 7 would start at 12 so on.

Hope this makes sense.

just in adjacent column
number rows down from 1 to 259
copy data and number below existing data 6 times sort by column with numbers then delete col with numbers
on a smaller scalelike this

info1 1
info2 2
info2 3
info1 1
info2 2
info2 3
info1 1
info2 2
info2 3

now sort by col b
result is

info1 1
info1 1
info1 1
info2 2
info2 2
info2 2
info3 3
info3 3
info3 3
