Insert Row Before Last Row

I have a spreadsheet with 8 columns and 17 rows, the last row has totals in several columns. What i want to happen is when I enter data into any column on the last row above totals another row will automatically be inserted copying down the formulas only of the row above. This will keep repeating so that the spreadsheet will keep expanding with the totals still on the last row
