I'm trying to assign a macro to a button that will insert a row below a selected cell and then copy the value from cell a1 into column A of the newly inserted row. Id also like it to copy the formula from the cell above it in column BZ down to the new row. I have a macro that will insert the row and copy down formulas but cant find anything that would paste in the value from cell a1 into the new row. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
Code:
With ActiveCell
    .Offset(1).EntireRow.Insert xlShiftDown
    Range("A" & .Row + 1).Value = [A1].Value
    Range("BZ" & .Row + 1).FormulaR1C1 = Range("BZ" & .Row).FormulaR1C1
End With
