Insert text into cells with a button?

Hi there everyone!
I am trying to insert a button into a spreadsheet that when pressed will enter some text into a specific cell...
For example, the button to be called "Pro Forma" and when pressed it inserts into cell "A56" PRO FORMA REFERENCE and then another button "Payment Date" that when pressed inserts into cell "A57" Paid DD/MM/YY (i will manually enter the date) - Received with thanks

Any help would be appreciated!
