Inserting picture in cell

Hello,We are creating employee profiles from our main database spreadsheet and would like to insert their picture. We have all of our employees' pictures saved individually with their name in jpeg format. What would be the formula that would automatically look up their name and insert the picture in the cell?Examples of cells from profileLast nameFirst nameTitleOrganizationand the cell that would include the picture based on info from name cell.Thanks
