Hello and thanks for reading this.
I have a very large sheet (around 2500 rows),
and what i want to do is insert three blank rows between all the existing rows.
Any idea how i can without doing every three row group individually?....

The ASAP Utilities Add-in has a function that will do this. You can download it from

http://www.asap-utilities.com/

and save it as an add-in

If you highlight your range and select the Columns/Rows....insert empty rows (twice), you will get the desired result.

This should do it:

Code:
Sub Test()
    Dim x As Long
    Application.ScreenUpdating = False
    For x = Range("A65536").End(xlUp).Row To 1 Step -1
        Cells(x, 1).EntireRow.Resize(3).Insert
    Next x
    Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub

It does it from the last used cell in column A upwards.
