Inserting Same Comment to Multiple Cells

hi all,

i was just wonderinf if any of the excel gurus might know a method of inserting the same comment onto multiple cells. i.e if I'm setting a prepayment and want to insert the comment jan-dec prepayment in cells A-z can i insert in all these cells in one click or is there a way of insterting this comment into all those cells or do i have to inser comments individually ?

Hi

One way is to insert said comment into a single cell, copy the cell and then use PasteSpecial>Comments to paste the comment only into the selected cells. Not quite a one-click op but better than entering in each cell individually!
