This is probably a silly easy question, but I can't figure out how to insert a Word document into a sheet of an Excel file. I need it to be inserted so that the Excel file updates automatically every time I make a change to the Word document (monthly).

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
I have figured out how to insert it using "INSERT - OBJECT - FROM FILE" but it doesn't put the whole document into Excel, it gets cut off.
