Installing Missing Library On Startup

I have build this application is excel that opens a form and hides excel on startup.The program works fine for me and everyone at the office but some of the computers out in the field crash when they hit the button that sends a spreadsheet as an email. The get a missing library item. I would like to install the library item dynamically when they start the program.

Also I need to create some sort of error handling for this because it locks their computer up completely. The On Error command does not seem to work for this problem.
