Integrating Multiple IF Formulae

Hi,

I have written the formula below but cannot get it to work. Each separate IF formula works on its own but when I cobine the two I Just get the "#VALUE!" message.

=IF(MyB!K2="F","L-IP",""),IF((MyB!K2="F")*AND(MyB!K3="F"),"CAN","")

If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.
