InterActive Line graph help

I would like to know if there is a way to highlight my line graph when the line passes the control limit.

Also If there is anyway to highlight the line when I hover over it and show a lot more detail, that would be very cool. I have been looking around for a video or blog that would show me how to make a more interactive line graph.

Here is a small example of data, my real data has thousands of rows however.

Do you want to highlight the entire line or just a data point?

Also, you may want to consider creating banding for the control limits. Check out this tutorial and video for more details:
